Description: It has 3 floors and a basement. The strong winds have established the architecture of the building. The structure and floors are made with reinforced concrete. The facing of the building is made with 610x220x10 mm ceramic tiles supported with cramps.

The wall openings in the west façade are in a broadside and alternate disposition, with interior notches at 45 degrees. These frame the different perspectives of the surrounding landscape.
One of the fundamental aims of the building is the energetic efficiency. The active and passive measures taken to achieve so, has lead the building to get a B qualification in the “Environmental Quality in Construction”
